Machining 303 Stainless Steel

I am going to be machining some 303 stainless that is 0.125" thick using a 1/16" flat EM cutting all the way through.

I was wondering what would be the correct spindle speed, feed and depth of cut I should run my cnc taig? This will be a small production run so the faster the better but still want the machine to be in good shape after the job is done.

Has anyone had any luck machining 304 or 316 stainless with your cnc taig?

Also, I do not have a coolant setup at this time.

Thanks for all the help!

And here is the answer Machining 303 Stainless Steel:

Considering you are using 1/16" HSS endmill with 2-flutes
Your RPM would be: 4210
Cut Feed would be: 25 IPM
DOC = 0.15mm ~ 0.5mm

Coolant is must for shallow cut.
