How can I bend CRL Stainless Steel "U" Channel 1/8 inch.?

ok I am working on a project where I am going to bend this material it to shapes. I am looking for a tool to make that happen. Can you help me find this tool or information on how to.

I don't think you'll have much luck trying to bend that if you want to make it at all neat. You'd be better off cutting it at the desired angle (miter cut) and welding it back together. You then sand at the weld to make it look perfect. This is how metal work is done, not by bending.

Cost for fabricating designs (small scale such as Alessi kitchenwares) from stainless steel?

Any type of Stainless Steel, 18/10 , AISI 316, etc... I'm looking for more information on how to figure out an approximate cost for "designing in stainless steel". If I were a manager overseeing a designer designing kitchenwares for Alessi, how do I estimate how much the manufacturing or production cost is going to be (Obviously, I would just talk to the manufacturer to find out the total cost, but I don't have a "manufacturer" to ask). Feel free to give an example, or pick something on the market and shed some light on it. I appreciate any comment or speculations (even keywords to search from).

And as long as this 'non branded' justifies all your needs, there is no point for paying for popular brands with extra bells and rings!

Go through all the features it has to offer and all the USPs (Unique Selling point) for which its charging what it is charging, make a checklist , decide the features that you require and then you may well look for those features in the 'non branded' product!!!
