Industrial stainless steel tubes

Stainless steel tubes are widely used in fluid systems especially in the sanitary industries.

Usually the stainless steel tubes are made by the way that minimize the corrosion and cracking, as it is not allowed to any cracks to be found, because these systems are usually works under pressure and cracks will effect on the function of the tubes.

In fluid system; leakage control is critical, so the stainless steel tubes which are manufactured for this purpose must under goes several tests like vibration, leakage and thermal shock.

Also installation of the stainless steel tubes in the sanitary industries should have a special shape to the tube like U-Shape loops by this way we will obtain less contamination and control the growth of biofilms (bacterial colonies)

Reasons for using stainless steel tubes in sanitary industries:

Resistance to rust, corrosion and germs growth.

Resistance to high temperatures and pressures

Can be sanitized easily

Flexibility and durability

More stronger than the other types of tubes

Other types of industrial stainless steel tubes:

Heat exchange tubes:

Heat exchange tubes are founded in many fields of industry like chemical industries, and gas industries. And from the name the purpose of the heat exchange tubes is to exchange the heat and heat transfer so its function is cooling of liquids and gases

High pressure tubes:

These tubes are used mainly in hydraulic high pressure containers.

U- stainless steel Tubes:

U – Tubes are also used in heat exchangers, the heat are transferred from the hot side to the cold one through the stainless steel tube.

The purpose of using the stainless steel tubes in the heat exchangers is the high ability of stainless steel metal to resist the high temperature and pressure resulted from the vapor of the boiled water. This high temperature can effect on the structure of any other type of tubes, but with stainless steel it can resist.
