Anyone have a 67 layers sakura knife? are they great as they say?

No, I don't have that one. I've been using my Wusthoff for years- until recently I tried the Calphalon knives- they are really, really nice and I prefer those over the Wusthoff. And you can find Calphalon knives at TJ Maxx.
